The EZ FLEX device comes with multiple resistance band options. Simply switch out the band to increase or decrease tension. Each band mimics a different weight level.

While EZ FLEX is primarily designed to isolate the biceps, it also improves blood flow, grip strength, and forearm activation. More exercises and variations are coming soon!

You can book sessions directly through our website by selecting your preferred package and completing checkout. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with scheduling instructions

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed or late-canceled sessions will be charged in full.

Yes. All purchased sessions/packages have an expiry date (usually within 3–6 months depending on the package). Expiry dates will be clearly stated at purchase.

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a package is purchased. However, in certain cases (medical emergencies, relocation, etc.), we may provide credit towards future services at our discretion.

No. Sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual listed at purchase.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Trainers cannot extend sessions due to late arrivals.

If your trainer cancels, you will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

Results vary by individual and depend on factors such as consistency, nutrition, effort, and lifestyle. While we provide professional guidance and customized plans, results cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. We offer customized nutrition and meal guidance alongside training programs to help you reach your goals.

Yes. All clients must complete a waiver and health questionnaire before beginning training. This ensures your safety and helps us tailor your program.

If training online, you will need a stable internet connection and basic workout equipment (such as resistance bands or dumbbells). For in-person training, equipment will be provided unless otherwise stated.
